Nothing Monumental

Good Monday Morning everyone! What do you have planned for the day? How was your weekend?

Yesterday I decided to get a run in outside before the rain started back up. So when the kids went to bed, I took off. I was doing great with an average pace per mile of 9:34 UNTIL I was on the return road home. There is a huge but gradual hill almost the entire distance back to the house. I was trying to power run it, but it was SO long that I just couldnt do it and walked part of it. I mean my max heart rate was 192!!! I ended up running a distance of 3.14 miles in 31:18. I do have to add that this includes needing to stop for lights. And my average pace was 9:57 so I was running just slightly over 6 mph. I am VERY happy with that!!

Then I entered back into the sub and decided to look for our cat. He is still missing. The stray that was at the shelter was not chipped and was not picked up from this area. But I can tell you SOMETHING is going on. Penni's cat is now missing too! Her cat went out Saturday night and has not returned. Really weird. We dont think it is a coyote. We are too far into the sub for that. So we arent sure if someone is picking these cats up or hurting them or if another animal is getting them or what.  I am lucky the kids havent noticed yet. I am still waiting for that one.

So I am not sure how much longer I walked there but I do know that I froze my butt off. I was sweaty and cold and I stepped in a soggy bunch of grass that caused the water to go straight thru my shoe to my foot. And all with still no sign of him.

So for my running and cat search, I burned 530 calories. Not bad for an hour.

Then last night I ended up going for 30 minutes on the elliptical on the fat burn setting. I ended up getting in 2.18 miles. Then I did some arm exercises. Aaron came down to run too and I challenged him to do my same routine on the fat burn. He about DIED! LOL. He said "this is a lot harder than just running" um duh! My highest level on there is a level 9. About running thru mud. I told him he had to do that every night. That I do that same setting for an HOUR!! LOL.

My calorie burn last night was 426 for an hour. Not surprising for weights being involved.

I ate pretty good yesterday too. Breakfast was a modified juice. Beet, ginger, lime and kale. Then I had a hard boiled egg and a clementine to go with it. Lunch was my left over black bean burger from Friday night. I was really disappointed that my wrap from the night before got soggy and I had to throw it away. Dinner I kept it light with celery, scallions and some hummus and hot sauce. Then Xavier didnt eat his last Jets Breadstick so I ate that. Yum!

After working out I had a cheesestick, some pretzel sticks, almonds, and chips and salsa. The salt probably got me a little bit but I was hungry after running all that time.

Weight this morning was 162.5. So down a pound. I am hoping that if I keep on track I can sweat off the excess salt weight tonight at the gym. Tonight is running and lower body with Eric. My favorite!! I always love how sore he can make me....wait...that sounded bad. Wow that should NOT be taken out of context. LOL.

So that is my day for today. As I said in the title, nothing monumental. No huge weight loss, but slow, steady progress. I like it and I will take it.

And thanks for all the thoughts and prayers about our cat. I miss him VERY much. As much of a pain he was sometimes, he was SUCH a lover. And so good with the kids. He will be very missed.

A little setback

Hey all!

A year from now what you do wish you would have started today? Are you waiting to start something? Are you procrastinating?? What are you afraid to start??

Yesterday was my rest day.

We first went over for noon to my Aunts house so I could help her with window coverings and such. Aaron went to my Uncles work to check it out. My uncle is in charge of a huge construction project in Detroit so Aaron was able to go and see the project because it is almost completed. They were there for 4 hours!!

I ended up eating pretty good at lunch. Orange bell pepper, an orange, cucumber, baby carrots, some olives (the italian kinds with the pits), and some wasabi almonds. The almonds were awesome but not clean. BUT they were pretty low in sodium so I opted for them over smoked almonds. Then I snacked on some white cheddar cheese here or there.

Because it was so late when they got back (and the 2 men hadnt had lunch) we had a quick snack of cheese, crackers, and olives.

Then we went to dinner. I ordered a chipotle black bean wrap.(I had half of one) It is AWESOME! I did have some fries with ketchup too. For my dessert I had a half of chardonnay.

Then when we got home I had the urge to snack. I had another glass of wine, some pretzels, a small breadstick, some almonds...really not bad stuff.

BUT between the salt from the olives, the alcohol and cheese and bread, I gained weight. 3.5 lbs to be exact. I am back at 163.5 lbs. Its ok though. I am back on track today and I WILL get into the 150's this week!!

This morning I am enjoying a juice. I had to make it up for the fact that I am out of lemon and cucumber. LOL. So I used the rest of my spinach, some kale, a beet, half a lime and 1" of ginger. Not bad!

For breakfast I will be having a clementine and a hard boiled egg.

Lunch I am going to have a little early and have my black bean burger.  Then while the boys nap I think I am going to go out for a run. It is overcast but in the 40's. Not horrible running weather.

Dinner will be light with celery and scallions and some hummus. Then I will run again tonight but this time on the elliptical and then do some upper body weights.

So I am not going to let this get me down. I am only 4 lbs away from the 150's! How exciting is that!

Have a great day everyone!

Im Such a Tease!

Good Saturday everyone!!

Quick poll- Does the girl at the left look anorexic or no? I used this picture on my FB page yesterday and someone made a comment thinking she looks anorexic. While I used the picture more for the phrase, it brings up an interesting question. I say she looks fit. An anorexic doesnt have abs like that. Doesnt have muscle tone like that. But that is me. What do you think?

First I want to recap... then I have a bit of a teaser for you :)

So most importantly- I beat 30 minutes for 3.1 miles! I was able to finish in 29:12. Now that also includes me having to pause and restart so that takes a little bit of time to rev back up to the program. I was running 6.2+ mph. Some points I even took it up to 7.0mph.

Then I finished out my time before Zumba with walking and talking with Ambreen. I ended up getting in 4.26 miles before Zumba. Then we had Zumba. I dont know why, but I was REALLY high energy last night even after running crazy speeds. I was sweating like a pig too. Maybe it was because I was trying to get my energy up for my audition next week? Not sure. Either way, I burned 1288 calories. A scorcher for a Zumba night for me.

Then I flew home and showered quick before K came and picked me up.

Red Brick was our destination. It took us a while to be seated and I started to feel pretty bad. I was starting to get the sweats and I could feel my sugar dropping. I got a glass of water and ended up going to the bathroom first to pee and second just to fricken sit. My sides were hurting from exercise and still from Wed workout. It was hurting to stand. Finally we were seated and I started to feel better.

I ordered the blackbean burger. It comes on a pretzel roll with lettuce, avocado and tomatoes. I had them add onions. It also comes with a side of tomato aioli.  Sort of like a dry salsa (no liquid). It was nice because I also had the option of a side salad which I took and asked for oil and vinegar on the side. I ended up not using any of the oil but just the vinegar. I ate my entire salad (it tasted SO good probably because I was famished!) and 1/3 of my burger. The burger was FANTASTIC!! I made sure to pack it up and bring it home.

This morning I weighed in at 160.0. Pretty proud of myself that I could eat out and lose weight. It was really late when we ate too.

Ok folks...I promised a teaser. Remember how I mentioned my favorite pair of jeans? And how they were getting a bit big? Remember how I mentioned that I have a few days left until my next round of pictures....WELL...I decided to give you some teasers showing you in my favorite jeans.

See how big they are getting on the side? They were not this loose when I was in the 150's before!!
I look a little scary in these pictures. LOL. I am wearing minimal makeup and my hair is up because I had the gym last night (pictures were taken yesterday). Nothing I hate worse then sweating off makeup and having it run into your eyes. LOL

Just for reference, these are size 28 jeans from the Buckle. Miss Me is the brand. :) I wonder if I could get into a 27 yet....hmmmm.....Not buying any until closer to summer but it is fun to try on to see progress.

I dont want to give too much away, but I can tell that my stomach is shrinking by where the excess skin hits on my body. Not to get gross but yeah well...ya know.

Hope you like the teasers. I will be taking really truly comparisons next week!

Today I think I am taking a rest day. I am going to my Aunt Carries today to meet with a lady that is coming out to measure for treatments. I am sort of my aunts interior designer. LOL. I have no idea what time I am going to get home.

I do have some sad news. Our cat has been missing since Monday night. I did contact the police and the animal shelter. This is very not like him to be gone for so long. Neighbors have been out looking for him too. Last night I was on the humane societies website (where I posted the lost ad) and they do have a stray that came in a couple days ago that looks like it could be him. But I wont know until I call to see where this stray was picked up and if this stray is declawed in the front. If so, the next step will be to see if he has his microchip and to go in to look at him. This stray has a very small white spot where Apricots collar would be. He did start going gray in spots so maybe the spot was just hidden by his collar. I am not holding out much hope but I have to call to find out. Please keep Apricot in your prayers.

That is it for today folks. Have a great Saturday!

Tip of the Day:  Good to drink with the flu outbreak.

Epiphany and MyFitnessPal

First I have to say...

Take a look at my ticker on the right hand side of my blog! I am under 10 lbs til goal weight! How excited am I?

Next thing...

If any of you have MyFitnessPal app, have you had it readjust your calorie intake goal for the day after weight loss? Mine did yesterday. As soon as I hit 20 lb loss, it switched me to 1210 calories a day as my goal. Interesting I think.

Anyways.

I was looking at my "current pictures" and I have roughly about 4-8 days until I take my next round of pictures. I would LOVE to be at 150's by then BUT if I am not, I am not worried, stressed, concerned, disappointed. I KNOW that I am adding muscles and tone. I am literally working my ASS off and I cannot WAIT to see the new pictures and see how far I have come! I KNOW that if I stay at the weight I am, I will have lost almost 10 lbs in a month! That is AMAZING! Seriously. I really dont have that much weight left to lose. It is about toning and tightening now. So to lose that much in one month is amazing to me. That is over a pound a week on average and that is WITH the holidays being in there!

In talking with Eric, he told me that my stomach is going to be the last thing to go. That it is going to be a long haul. And really, as much as I would like a flat, tight stomach (as in yesterday), I still have 5 1/2 months until summer! So if I am getting progress like this, just imagine in 5 months. Wow it blows my mind! What an epiphany!

And...

I noticed this week that I tend to gravitate towards the AB juice. Maybe it is just me and my subconscious wanting a flat stomach. I am going to have to break away from that for a little bit to use up the rest of my produce. BUT I think I will end up going back to what works. I like the taste of it. I like that it gives me all my vitamins. I like that it is low in sugar. And I like that it helps my subconscious. So why the heck not?

And I made the butternut squash soup yesterday. Terrific! It does have a thicker babyfood like texture but you could always cut that back with some more non dairy milk BUT it was rich and filling. The perfect food before the gym. Definitely try making it- even if you dont use non dairy milk. It is great soup for a winter day.

And speaking of the gym- Yesterday I ALMOST got under 30 minutes for 3.1 miles on the treadmill. I was slow by 12 seconds. I finished 3.1 miles in 30:11. I even kicked it up to 7.8 mph at the end trying to beat 30 minutes and about died. LOL. Well it is something to work towards. Tonight I will break it maybe. I did notice I am getting stronger. 6.0 mph isnt a killer like it used to be. Slowly I am getting it up to above 6.0 mph and running at 6.5 mph for about 5 minutes at a time. A goal is to be able to run 6.5 mph for at least 10 minutes.

Then I rounded it out by completing 5 miles total by walking the rest.

Then came RPM. Oh baby! It was all new tracks last night and they were a KILLER!! The entire class my legs were screaming at me! I was dripping with sweat and I was surprised my bike didnt drown in the lake that was below me.

In total I burned 1265 calories at the gym. Whew!

This morning I can definitely tell that I worked my back on Wed with Eric. It is SORE but a good sore.

And my weight? 160.5!! Another 1.5 lb loss. I am not sure what is going on. I am eating the same things that I ate previously with the exception of the ab juice. I dont know if I broke thru the 0.5 lb a day loss plateau or what. I do know that the same thing happened to me when I was doing P90X. It seemed like month 2 the weight started falling off. Hey who am I to complain huh?

Tonight is running, then Zumba. Then K asked me if I wanted to go out for a small ladies night with her. Her migraines have been bad and she is starting to see an acupuncturist so no more alcohol for her. Or chocolate or sugar- all the fun stuff. LOL. Good for me too because I am trying to stay away from alcohol too. So we are planning on going to Red Brick. Last time I was there I had the turkey burger. This time because I am going the vegetarian route I will be having the black bean burger. I will probably have lettuce, tomato and onion on it. And I am going to see if I can have it topped with guacamole. Yummy! And I dont think I will have them put fries on my plate. It comes with them but I might see about switching it for a salad. So that is my plan. Thank goodness restaurants put menus on their websites now so crazies like me can look them over before going there.

A goal is to TRY to break into the 150's this weekend. We will see if it can happen.

Thats the news for now! Have a great FRIDAY everyone! TGIF!

Tip of the Day: This is my Ab juice that I have been drinking everyday. :)

The Happy Herbivore and Ginormous News!

A few blog entries ago I think I mentioned that I was going to try the vegetarian lifestyle and try to incorporate a vegan meal once a week.

WELL this is the cookbook that I got (Ambreen recommended it). So far I have made the Black Bean Brownies out of it and they have gone over swimmingly with the kids.

Now I am going to try another recipe out of it.

And it is due to my friend K bringing me a thank you gift of Butternut squash. See K told me that Costco has squash that is all cut up and cubed for sale. And I told her the next time she goes to Costco to let me know. WELL the other day she called me and asked me to do her a favor and let her dog out while she was gone overnight. I only had to do it once because her daughter was coming over the other times BUT she brought me the squash as a thank you. She said she was trying to figure out a way to say thanks (because it was last minute) and thought "I know how- bring produce!" LOL.

Anyways, as I was looking thru the cookbook trying to figure out what to make, I came across this recipe:
I hope you can read this ok just in case you want to make it. It serves 2 people and the best part is that it has 152 calories, 7g fat, 0.7g saturated fat, 0mg cholesterol, 35.8g carbs, 8.6g fiber, 8.7g sugar and 3.8g protein. So all in all, really healthy and low fat NATURALLY!!

I will be making this today and will let you know how it turns out.

AND I have some BIG news! Yesterday I got a call about a Zumba Instructor position at a local gym. It would be a Saturday morning class but would also include subbing. AND if I start getting my personal training cert, they can get me in there as well! I interview next Thursday in person and they want to see 30 minutes of songs. VERY EXCITED!! Keep your fingers crossed!

First let me recap my diet for yesterday and then I will get onto the gym stuff.

"They" say within 45 minutes of waking you should have something to eat. It is supposed to trigger your body from fat storing mode to fat burning mode for the day. Yesterday was the first time I tried to do that. SO before I took the kids to school I had my AB juice.

Then once I got them home, I had a clementine, english muffin with PB and a hard boiled egg.

Lunch was hummus with hot sauce, celery, cherry tomatoes, almonds, some homemade chex mix, pretzels with more hummus and some jelly belly jelly beans (a weakness of mine).

I ended up snacking on part of one of my black bean brownies later.

For dinner after the gym I had a glass of orange juice, string cheese, almonds, chex mix, some mesquite chips and a few more jelly beans. My body for whatever reason likes the little bit of sugar from the jelly beans after I work out.

So that is what I ate. I know someone asked if I was getting enough calories every day. Yes. I track everything on MyFitnessPal app and I usually am within 100 calories of my goal for the day. With the juice that I make each morning, it gives me my fiber and vitamins for the day in ONE GLASS. So folks- dont worry about me!

Onto the gym. I got there last night and only had 30 minutes to run. So I initially got in 2.6 miles. Eric had a lump removed from his arm yesterday so he was not able to lift weights to put them on the bars or racks so I got some brownie points there and a bit of extra lifting. Eric and I started with kettle bell and band work and then moved into some pull downs and one arm rows. By the end of the third circuit of the pull downs and rows, he was having me do 55lb one arm rows each side!! And of course, I was cursing him out. LOL. But man- my arms are starting to look sexy!

Then we moved to dead lifts from the floor and SLOW mountainclimbers. He isnt so much focusing on cardio- I get plenty of that. He is focusing on strength. By the end of the workout and the 3rd circuit, I was deadlifting 135 lbs. I think that is right- 45 lb plates, and a 45 lb bar. Yup. And my final mountainclimber circuit was 25 each side. Talk about an ab killer!! After working out I put in another 2 miles on the treadmill as a cool down and I stretched my arms out. It felt great.

Today I weighed in at 162!!! Can you BELIEVE it!?! 3lbs! That is HUGE for me. I dont really know the reason behind it. Did my juice help first thing? Was it the phone call about the job that revved my heartrate for a while? Was it the rest day I had the day before? If anyone knows I would appreciate filling me in so I can repeat it. LOL.

So here I sit. In the quiet. Boys still in bed and I am enjoying my ab juice. I am about to go get them for the day and start. Tonight is running and RPM.

Have a great day everyone!!

10 Benefits of Cinnamon- From Juicing Vegetables on Facebook

Cinnamon is one of the oldest spices known. It was mentioned in the Bible and was used in ancient Egypt not only as a beverage flavoring and medicine, but also as an embalming agent. It was so highly treasured that it was considered more precious than gold.
Around this time, cinnamon also received much attention in China, which is reflected in its mention in one of the earliest books on Chinese botanical medicine, dated around 2,700 B.C.
Although available throughout the year, the fragrant, sweet and warm taste of cinnamon is a perfect spice to use during the winter months.
Cinnamon has a long history both as a spice and as a medicine. It is the brown bark of the cinnamon tree, which is available in its dried tubular form known as a quill or as ground powder. The two varieties of cinnamon, Chinese and Ceylon, have similar flavor, however the cinnamon from Ceylon is slightly sweeter, more refined and more difficult to find in local markets.

Here are 10 benefits of cinnamon…

1. 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon per day can lower your bad cholesterol (or LDL).
2. Cinnamon may help treat Type 2 Diabetes by lowering blood sugar levels and increasing the amount of insulin production in the body.
3. Cinnamon has antifungal properties, and it’s been said that candida cannot live in a cinnamon environment.
4. Cinnamon has an anti-clotting effect on the blood.
5. Honey and Cinnamon combined has been found to relieve arthritis pain.
6. When added to food, cinnamon inhibits bacterial growth and food spoilage, making it a natural food preservative.
7. Just smelling cinnamon boosts cognitive function and memory.
8. Cinnamon fights the E. coli bacteria in unpasteurized juices.
9. Cinnamon has been found to be an effective natural remedy for eliminating headaches and migraine relief.
10. Cinnamon can also help stablize blood sugar (which is great for weight loss). A couple of dashes in your morning tea or cereal is all it takes!
You can add cinnamon to your food, coffee, tea, really anything that you want!
Words of advice…
Large doses of cinnamon can be toxic. If your on certain medications or have any medical conditions check with your doctor before taking any cinnamon supplements since it might interfere with certain medications.

Rest Day and Jeans

Yesterday I decided to take a well deserved rest day.

I have been going full tilt and I dont want to get sick or injured, so as much as it pained me to do so, I rested.

Today because of it, I am quite sore. The second day after legs is always the worst. Normally I can head it off because I run every day which stretches the legs back out. Well...not today.

ANYWAYS...

Because of that, I am up a half pound. I am ok with that. 165.0 is a fine number. Not the end number, but a fine number for today.

Today I am having an ab juice for breakfast, a clementine orange, an english muffin with peanut butter and a hard boiled egg. Lunch will be celery, hummus, grapes, raw almonds, cherry tomatoes and pretzel sticks. I plan on adding some hot sauce to the hummus to give it a kick today too.

Then off to the gym this evening for running and working the upper body with Eric. I will probably do my arm exercises this afternoon to loosen the shoulder up. Eric said it is going to take the upper body a while to catch up with the lower. Ok. I can deal with that.

Dinner will probably be a cheese stick and some sort of fruit when I get home. Maybe another Clementine. I like Clementines but why the heck do they sell them in such a large quantity?? Seriously? And you have to really look at them when you buy them to make sure that you arent buying some that have started to go bad already. Sorry. I digress...

So for my exercise yesterday because it was a rest day, the most exercise I got was running up and down the stairs putting away laundry. And while I was putting away my clothes, I had this idea to see if my size 6 jeans fit me. A month ago they were VERY tight and I couldnt do them up.

Well I went to put them on and they slid right up!! Now I will tell you honestly that I do have a muffin top with them but they werent tight like "I am squeezing myself into these and I am not going to be able to sit down...or breathe". I really didnt realize I had a muffin top until I lifted my shirt.

And the way I figure it, you know how you put new jeans on and they stretch to like the next size so you always have to buy them small? That is how these, I think, will be.

I was SO excited! 6's are the smallest I have been. And I dont think I have ever worn these jeans before. They dont have their tags on them but they have that new jean feel. If I remember correctly, I went to Meijer to buy jeans and they were clearancing out this brand. Back when I was losing weight, I would buy my jeans from Meijer because they were only $10 a pair. I was dropping sizes so quickly it just made sense. So when I found these on the clearance rack, I was actually like a 10. I decided to buy them and hang them up in the closet for when I could get into them. I had another pair of 6's but they were lost when we moved so I knew I could get back down. Last time when I was in the 150's (pre tornado) I was wearing my favorite jeans that my sister gave me. And even then in the 150's I wasnt as small as what I am now in the 160's. The muscle tone is just different. The jeans my sister gave me now almost fall off when I walk. What a great feeling huh?
Have you had any NSV's lately? If so, please share!!
Have a great Wednesday everyone!

Lifestyle Change

Hey everyone! Yesterday I was reading some of my favorite blogs for the day and when I ready Lucy's blog about what a lifestyle change really means, it struck a chord with me.

Think about this...

The new year comes and what is the first thing we always say we want to accomplish?

LOSE WEIGHT

Well what do we have to do to lose weight and NOT have it come back on?

We need to change our lifestyle. We say it. We buy the produce and the health food and then life gets in the way. We may have to work late one night so we decide it is easier to order out. Or the kids have karate... Or...Or...Or.

So what are some ways we can adopt a healthier lifestyle and make it EASIER on ourselves?

One way is to prepare our food in advance OR make a big batch to get us thru the week. An example of this is my vegan chili I have been eating every day. Still is yummy!

Another way is to prepare our produce for when we get home. If you are going to make smoothies, cut up your fruit, throw it into bags or tupperware and straight into the freezer.

If you are going to eat more fruit, pull your grapes off the vine (for example) and into a tupperware in the fridge. It makes for easy grabbing.

Lucy inspired me to take some pictures of my jamb packed fridge to share with you all. You will see on the top shelf that I have two cartons of eggs. One is hard boiled which makes an easy to grab snack. The other is ready for baking or cooking.

My fridge is just packed to the gills right now. Spinach, kale, avacado, celery, carrots, my chili, apples, pears, cantalope, pineapple, the list goes on...

Under my milk is the chili. Then I have spinach on the right. Behind the milk is parsley and cilantro. And avocado and pineapple in the back.

My produce drawers. They are stocked full and very hard to close. LOL

My fruit I keep on the counter. Mangos, bananas and clementines. I need to let the mangos ripen so I can cut them up and throw them in the freezer.

I am trying to make my new vegetarian lifestyle exactly that. A lifestyle. And yes I still have meat. I still have chicken tenders in the fridge. I am just trying to make it easier for ME to maintain. So I have surrounded myself with good food.

What are you doing to lose weight and commit to a healthier lifestyle?

Last night was working with Eric for lower body.

First I got on the treadmill and did 4.25 miles. I ran 3 and then walked the other 1.25. Then it was time.

I have to tell you- Eric had me squatting 175 lbs for my final round in the circuit! We did leg presses, squats, I got to play with the big rubber band and did squats with it, I did all sorts of crazy stuff last night.

Then as a cool down to try to release some of the lactic acid buildup in my legs, I walked another mile.

So that means I did 5.25 miles, and burned 1087 calories last night. Woo hoo!

And then I came home to temptation. Last night was the Notre Dame/Alabama game. Our house roots for Alabama because we have friends that live there. LOL lame reason I know. Anyways Aarons mom came over with all the fixings. Crackers, cheese (all types) sloppy joes, bbq pulled pork, shrimp cocktail, fruit, root beer, vanilla ice cream, hummus, horseradish cheese dip, I mean you name it snack wise, it was here.

"I" think I did really good. I had some strawberries, a piece of string cheese, a couple crackers with jalepeno cheese on it and a little hummus and whole grain tortilla chips. And when I say a couple of each of these, I mean 2. A couple. I stayed strong.

I tried to stay awake but I ended up falling asleep on the couch while the game is going on. It worked in my favor. 1. I wasnt tempted to eat anymore and 2. I didnt have to clean up. LOL

This morning I weighed in at 164.5! Woot! Only a half pound loss but I would love to lose a half pound a day. LOL.

OHHHH forgot to tell you! My Nutribullet is working again. I think they have an overheat sensor in them. As soon as it was completely cooled down it started working again.

So I had another AB juice this morning. Yum!

Tonight is my at home night. So the elliptical and I have a date. And this afternoon I need to catch up with The Biggest Loser. I missed it last night because of the football game.

How are you guys doing with your new years resolutions?
