Things I Love

I thought I would post things here that I love and that have really helped me with my weight loss. I am sure I will add to it as I find more things that are helping me!

I actually had the first edition of the dvds. This is the newest one from Zumba. I highly recommend the at home dvd's if you are just starting out. It helped get me off the couch and active. And I didnt feel like a fat fool trying to learn the moves. When I did go to a Zumba class, I felt comfortable and knew what I was doing.

This is the Polar Heart Rate Monitor that I love. It is very simple and easy to use. It doesnt have a lot of bells and whistles to it, but all I really wanted it for was to tell me if I was in the zone and how many calories I have burned. You have to wear the chest strap with it, so it really isnt something you wear all day.

One of my favorite go to snacks. I love love love these almonds!

This is my at home elliptical that I rave about. It is by Sole.

My food dehydrator by Nesco. It is what I use to dehydrate my fruit and celery root chips and jerky. It is a little loud, but works great and VERY quickly.

This was my go to drink while I was on Healthe Trim and could not have caffeine. I would make a pot of this a day in my coffee pot with 6 tea bags. Really great tea!

P90X...Not for the faint of heart. This is definitely not a program I could of done when I first started with my weight loss. Now I can complete the discs better than my husband. Perfect for the person who cant afford the gym or wants really good results. Heck I do these workouts PLUS go to the gym. Just Push Play. Do your best and forget the rest!

My Nutribullet. Yup. In LOVE!! I got mine at Kohls. You can get a great discount plus Kohl's cash if you buy it at the right time.

My newest favorite at home workout. We will see if I can survive the full 30 days and what the results will be!

Lifting Straps. I got these at Dick's Sporting Goods. $10. Helps relieve the pressure off your forearms so you can lift heavier. I highly recommend them!

BOSU ball. An all over hardcore workout. They are pricy at about $120, but they are so versatile that I recommend one for the at home gym.
