Before 100 lb weight loss

I wanted to include "Before" Pictures in this blog from my first journey of losing 100 lbs. It can be done naturally and without surgery. I hope these provide inspiration for all of you on the same journey I was. Any questions about what I did can be asked. I am an open book.
