Weigh In's

Here is where I am going to journal my weight loss up and downs. I think it is good to see the numbers so I can SEE where I get off track- especially on the weekends.

You will be able to tell from my numbers when I hit a slump and some depression set in for a bit. Now I am back on track and the numbers are going down!

I hope this will also help keep me motivated on the weekends so I can see the recorded number go DOWN and not UP!!
