One of my bonus goals for 2013 is to track my mileage of what I run for the year- this will include treadmill, races, elliptical and road.

3/11 1.0 on treadmill 5.50 4.3mph at 10 incline decreasing to 6.0 incline
3/12 3.0 on treadmill 8.5 Sprints from 6.5-9.2 walking mile 3
3/14 2.25 on treadmill 10.75 5.5mph
